Late Cancellations & No-Shows.

I work on a one to one basis, each appointment can run between 1hour to 3hours and this time is reserved for your pet only.

I ask for at least 24hr notice if you need to cancel an appointment, this gives me sufficient time to offer the slot to another customer. Last minute cancellations or failing to turn up to an appointment you will be asked to pay 50% of your dogs groom to cover loss of earnings, this is to be paid before another slot can be reserved. Repeat cancellations or no shows you will be asked to prepay for all future appointments.

It’s also really important to keep to drop off and collection times. Each time slot is allocated for your dog, failure to drop off on time may mean I don’t have enough time to complete a full groom meaning you will be turned away and asked to rebook or offered a bath/dry/eye trim appointment. 

Late collections mean not only will the rest of my day run late but the customers after you will be kept waiting also.
